We wish to welcome to our Parish all
who are new to the area, and those who worship with us on a
regular basis and have not formally become a parishioner of
Our Lady of Grace.
Please complete the
following form and return it to the church office.

Or you can stop by the church office
(Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm) and fill out a registration
form. A welcome packet will be mailed to your home,
detailing our Mass times and stewardship opportunities.
